Welcome! We are glad you have started this process for yourself. As women, we often tend to the needs of others before ourselves. We are happy you are seeking help. Sometimes, problems can be too big for us to handle alone or perhaps the things that usually help no longer work. Let’s work together toward restoring peace and comfort in your life.

Maybe the death of a loved one has sent you spirallying. Maybe divorcing is full of angst and difficult transitions. Maybe there is a  chronic or life changing illness. Maybe college or work is really not fulfilling. Maybe balancing it all is overwhelming. Maybe you feel bored and stagnant with life and need to find some inspiration and motivation. Often when you talk through the problem and break it out into smaller pieces it develops into a plan that can be easier to deal with.
